MDT

Purpose and Mandate

The Ministry Development Team (MDT) has four main roles:

  • To consider what All Saints’ should be and do
  • To consider what contribution every member can make
  • To consider what support and training are needed
  • To consider how well the church is doing in the fulfillment of its vision

The MDT therefore sets the spiritual direction of the church. It identifies, and seeks to release, spiritual gifts and ministries identifying training needs and opportunities.

The MDT is a leadership mechanism, not a body that undertakes practical tasks.

Licensed by the Bishop, it is accountable to the PCC.

Current members of the MDT are:

  • John Lambert (Chair)
  • Sola Adeboye
  • Hannah Dodsworth
