Discipleship Sermon Series

Morning Services June – August 2018

The word we find translated “disciple” in our Bibles is from the Greek word mathétés. It basically means “learner.”

All our Christian life we should consider ourselves as wearing (and needing to wear) spiritual L-plates, continually perfecting the art of imitating Jesus, and becoming more and more like him.

Because Jesus is so wonderfully multifaceted there are many aspects to discipleship so that’s what we are going to explore over this summer at All Saints’, picking a dozen or so key aspects of being a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Services in June and July are at 9am and 10.30am.
